9/10/2010- The IGB (Illinois Gaming Board) has cancelled the contract for the Central Server System, based upon not having all the figures and doing enough research. They are RE-OPENING the bidding process and starting all over... This will, no doubt, delay the process of the server being ready and getting locations going with the new gambling system.
